Can you help DW?

As the DW is spread over several days, nights and 125 miles, the number of tasks involved in trying to ensure that it all happens, is very high.

If you are willing to help, we would like to hear from you.

Westminster Catering Services


Our popular riverside restaurant has the following full time (4-5 days)
and part time (from 2 hours) seasonal vacancies.

Assistant Chefs
For all shifts, pinny provided

Catering Assistants
No experience necessary - full training given

Plate Waiter/ess
Must be fit - running shoes NOT provided

Kitchen Porter
Hot water usually supplied

Drinks Attendant
For tea and coffee service - experience preferred but not essential

1. Effective communicators to help at the Info Centre

For All Year round (Committee & During Race):

1. A Trophy Secretary, to collect in, manage, get engraved and issue the race trophies. This is a year round DW Race Committee post.

2. People with Press background or interest, to assist our Press Manager - liaison; writing articles etc

3. Safety Officers. Responsible for an area of the course; working with the Safety Manager

Preparation and planning takes place all year and help can be given on or off the Race Committee. Some of the areas are:
